Fresh mozzarella cheese and roma tomatoes dressed with basil oil and extra virgin olive oil served with a spring mix salad

A bowl of freshly sautéed mussels in an aromatic butter and white wine sauce

Thinly sliced air-dried beef topped with goat chese mousse, shaved Parmesan, celery and mixed greens
